Bookings are confirmed only after availability is reviewed and details are finalized.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings at Durango Collective require payment to reserve a date. Because dates are removed from availability once booked, all payments are subject to the following cancellation policy.
Kids Birthday Parties
Birthday party bookings are non-refundable once payment is received.
If cancellation is requested more than 7 days prior to the event, one courtesy reschedule may be offered based on availability.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Half-Day and Full-Day Rentals
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all half-day and full-day rentals.
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event
Deposit is forfeited. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded. - Cancellations within 30 days of the event
All payments are forfeited.
Weddings
Wedding bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve the date.
- Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event
Deposit is forfeited. Any additional payments will be refunded. - Cancellations within 60 days of the event
All payments are forfeited.
Premier Night Memberships
Premier Night Memberships are governed by a 12-month sublease agreement. Cancellation terms are outlined in the sublease and are not subject to event cancellation policies.
Force Majeure
Durango Collective is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, acts of nature, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds or rescheduling under these circumstances are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
